My goal is for you to be comfortable enough to address the things in your life that are uncomfortable. Depression. Anger. Anxiety. Addiction. Codependency. Stess.Marriage issues. Workplace issues. Unsatifying Relationships. Difficulty sleeping. Self- Injury. Grief and Loss. Shame. Eating Disorders. Infertility. Infidelity. Trauma. Adolescent angst. Couples strife. All of these are uncomfortable, but they usually respond well to psychotherapy. I provide therapy to adults, couples, and families. I offer services on weekdays, evenings, and Saturday mornings by appointment.  I am not currently accepting new patients and I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna EAP and Cigna.
If you are struggling and not functioning as well as you would like to be, then some sort of change is most likely needed. The first step is to figure out exactly what it is that needs to change in your life, and that can sometimes take time and be difficult. 
 That is where a therapist comes in.  Often, the first way a therapist can help is to help you figure out exactly what it is that needs to change.  I have had the privilege of watching hundreds of people change their lives in ways that they never expected they could and in ways that made a significant difference in how they felt and behaved. 

As my client, you will benefit from my experience and training in various therapy approaches and techniques as we work through your current challenges.  We will work together to identify the behaviors, thoughts, and lifestyle choices that may be contributing to your dissatisfaction. I look forward to knowing you.  I am passionate about helping others enrich their lives. I approach struggles in my office with a nurturing and compassionate environment as well with confrontation and humor when appropriate.
