I have often heard it said that "people can't change." But actually, I have had the privilege of watching hundreds of people change their lives. If you are dissatisfied with relationships, work, yourself, or simply are not functioning as well as you would like to be, then a change is probably needed.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you change the things that are hurting you or that are not healthy for you so that you may live your life to the fullest. While we can't change difficult situations, we can change our responses to them. I have a caring and nonjudgmental style and hope to meet you where you are in your journey and offer an objective perspective to confront issues.
My job is to apply my experience and training in various therapy approaches and techniques to support and guide you through challenging situations. We will work together to identify the behaviors, thoughts and lifestyle choices that may be holding you back from experiencing a more enjoyable and meaningful life.
