Depression. Anger. Anxiety. Addiction. Codependency. Stess. Dissatisfaction with marriage, work, friendships. Difficulty sleeping. Self- Injury. Grief and loss. Shame. Eating Disorder. Infertility. Infideltiy. Trauma. Adolescent angst. Couples strife. These are all issues the typically respond well to therapy.  I provide therapy to both adults- couples and idividuals; adolescents; and families. who are experiencing one or more of life's problems.  I do offer services on evenings and Saturday mornings by appointment.  I am currently accepting new patients and I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
If you are struggling and not functioning as well as you would like to be, then a change is the answer. The first step is to figure out exactly what it is that needs to be changed and that takes time and can sometimes be difficult.
That is where a therapist comes in.  Often, the first thing a therapist helps you with is to figure out exactly what it is that needs to change.  I have had the privilege of watching hundreds of people change their lives in ways that they never expected and in ways that can make a difference in how they feel and behave.

As my client, you will benefit from my experience and training in various therapy approaches and techniques as I guide you through whatever it is that is challenging you.  We will work together to identify the behaviors, thoughts and lifestyle choices that may be holding you back from experiencing a more enjoyable and meaningful life. I look forward to knowing you as I am passionate about helping others enrich their lives.  I like to say that therapy is the fertilizer, and the client the seed that will grow into something full and beautiful. I provide a nurturing and compassionate atmosphere in my office as well as confrontation and humor.

Please call or email me for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation as soon as you are ready.
